Celebrating our awards with Restaurant and Catering

Dear Customers,

H&H Catering are celebrating our awards with Restaurant and Catering: Wedding Caterer NSW, Regional Caterer NSW and Wedding Caterer Australia Bronze Award. We would like to thank all of our supporters which enable us to receive these amazing accolades within our industry.

Well, the silly season is definitely in full swing with H&H Catering. Corporate functions are the flavor of the month with many opting for the casual style of cocktail menus. Popular items are our seared tuna marinated in soy and wasabi, crab cakes with garlic aioli, Vietnamese chicken salad in chilli lime dressing and of course our old favorite with the men cocktail fillet mignons and béarnaise sauce.
December weddings have centered around the new vogue of grazing tables set up country style with eight options and guests over a period of two hours enjoying the delights of great food whilst mingling casually with other guests. Then comes the highlight, a grazing table of handmade desserts lovingly created by our chefs where every imaginable sense is ignited with flavors that will be talked months after the wedding has ended.

With great success with our functions for Melbourne Cup, we are now gearing for all the Christmas race meets at Wyong Race course with Magic Millions on the 21st December ending a successful year.

Bookings at the Japanese gardens are still available for Christmas lunches, or perhaps a leisurely cocktail function in the garden where the scene is set amongst maples in full bloom and the serenity of the area provides a backdrop nowhere to be found on the Central Coast call 43248099.
