Director: Kerry Harman

A degree in Business Studies majoring in Marketing is the corner stone to the success of H&H Catering. With a sound and professional catering establishment behind her, Kerry, has developed the company profile via strategic marketing and personal involvement.  Kerry has 25 years experience in the food service industry including, function Co-ordinator, establishment of cafe, menu design, food service manager, purchasing and sales.  “I believe the people within our organisation make the business successful in profitability, growth and reputation.”

General Manager: Ashley Fullagar

Ashley has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry ranging from a 5-star al la carte server, restaurant manager to event sales and function coordination.  She has bachelor in science and post graduate degree in education, but customer service is the industry she has always felt at home.  Ashley has a diverse role at H&H.  As the operations manager of H&H Catering and the Point Café Group she oversees staff and daily operations.

Julia Barnes – Sales Manager

With a Diploma in Hospitality Ryde Catering College, Julia joined the Peppers Hotel (now known as Crowne Plaza Terrigal) where she worked for 9 years, culminating in the Food and Beverage Managers role. Setting up her own hospitality consultancy agency she looked after many clients, including Mirvac and Bass Hotels. Julia subsequently joined Iguana’s Waterfront as Assistant Manager/Events Manager. After 3 years as General Manager of D’Vine Group, Julia has recently joined H&H Catering as the Sales Manager.
