The staff were very friendly! Aside from a mix up with the cake and speeches, which was completely our mistake and may I add that the staff were incredibly understanding about, the whole service was brilliant. Everything provided by H&H (including the initial enquiries and tasting) was excellent. It was very easy communication and everything ran exactly as promised. I must make particular mention to one staff member (I’m not sure of her name but she is slim and attractive with short brown hair) who ensured that Ben and I were happy with everything on the night. She was particularly polite and considerate and even asked me things that I hadn’t thought of such as which cake tiers I wanted cut first. It was great to see such care taken with our wedding cake too. Thank you for packaging it up for us to take home the next day. All of our guests said they enjoyed the food.

Not only were they efficient, they gave personalised service which our guests thoroughly enjoyed.
