It was fantastic. Everything went off beautifully.
Had a little trouble with the 14 seat shuttle we organized to ferry guest to and from.
EVERYBODY (40 of the 70) WANTED TO BE ON THE LAST SHUTTLE!
Nobody wanted to go home.
Not such a bad problem though.
We loved it and thank you for the service.
The menu was a total success.

Hi Rach,
sorry for the delay in getting back to you but we just got back from sunny fiji yesterday
I have to say that the meals and food was a major talking point of the night.
Everyone thought it was just amazing quality, great size and no body was left hungry.
Steak was so soft, and the chicken just melt in the mouth.
Service all night was superb and a credit to all staff, especially Daniel who was so accommodating
We are so glad we chose H&H, and will recommend to all out friends and family.

Dear Kerry,
This is just a short note to let you know that we were extremely happy with the Christmas Party catering that your company did for us in December 2007.
Even though we have used H & H Catering for the past few years to cater for various functions during the year, we all felt that this years Christmas function was the best. The quality of the food was excellent. All our staff commented on the freshness of the seafood and the smoked salmon was absolutely delicious.
When selecting the menu I found it very hard to pick which choices to have as they all sounded so nice. In the end the menu that was chosen was excellent and we would like to thank you and your staff for providing such a beautiful arrangement of food.
Please keep in contact during 2008 so that we are up-to-date with what you are offering throughout the year.

I would like to thank you and all staff responsible for wonderful service and spectacular food this past Saturday night!
I have been wondering around our Gosford Dealership this morning and have been told on every occasion that the food was sensational! So much so I have had two staff members ask if its possible to get the recipe for the Tuna with Soy and Wasabi...
I have also heard many staff mention the mini gelatos and ask if I can organise to have them all the time.

I'm sorry to get back to you so late, it's been months since you catered our wedding at MacMasters Beach. We were away on our honeymoon for a couple of months and anyway, the time has just run away from me.
I just wanted to say thankyou so much for everything. We were really pleased with how it all went. There certainly was plenty of food and a good choice, and many people commented on how good it all was. We had a great time!
